The two largest murals in the Czech Republic. The project included organizing a competition, an event to announce the winners, and a challenging but ultimately worthwhile mural execution.
When CTP decided it needed a mural to strengthen its media image, our creative producers came up with one of our most challenging and ambitious projects to date. After all, it was a big client, so it needed a big solution.
We prepared a complete concept for the competition – from logo and poster designs to advertising strategies and marketing campaigns. We also put together a team of mural art experts and invited several of the most famous street artists from across Europe to participate in the project. The competition was completely free of charge and attracted over 50 entries.
After evaluating all the entries, we selected the final ten artists, whom we invited to present their work at a major event at the Mánes Gallery in Prague. An evening program full of entertainment was prepared for CTP employees and partners, and a jury composed of high-ranking CTP representatives and professional artists ultimately selected Polish artist Dzhia as the winner.
In just eight days, while the complex remained fully operational, our artists managed to create a monumental mural that spans two warehouse halls. The work covers the entire front wall of the building and, at the time of its creation, became the largest mural in Central Europe. It was surpassed only recently by the completed Trons mural at Václav Havel Airport, which, incidentally, is also part of our CTP Artwall project.
With this project, we helped CTP create a brand that now extends beyond the borders of the Czech Republic and is expanding into Hungary. The result is a lasting product with a significant impact on the public.
